Certified Surgical Technologist (Full-time, On-site) This role is based in Indore. The Certified Surgical Technologist will assist in preparing operating rooms, sterilizing equipment, and arranging surgical instruments. Responsibilities Assisting surgeons during procedures Adhering to strict medical protocols Ensuring operating rooms maintain sterile conditions Collaborating with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care Qualifications Proficiency in Surgical Technology and a comprehensive understanding of operating room protocols Hands‑on experience in Surgical Assisting and Medicine to effectively support surgeons during procedures Knowledge and skills in Surgery to ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of surgical instruments Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent qualification Strong attention to detail, precision under pressure, and commitment to patient safety Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Previous experience in a surgical environment is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr LanceSoft, Inc.
