Your mission

Transform printed sheets into precisely cut cartons that meet exacting specs—safely, efficiently, and at rate. As a Packaging Die‑Cut Machine Specialist at Wynalda Packaging, you’ll be a key player in a family‑owned company that has set the standard in folding cartons since 1970.

Day one and beyond

Start by mastering our process during a 60–90 day training period on 1st shift (6:30am – 3:00pm). You’ll learn make‑ready techniques, quality checkpoints, and maintenance routines from experienced operators before transitioning to your regular shift.

Your schedule

• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm
• 3rd Shift: 11:00pm – 6:30am

Where you’ll make an impact

• Stage work by pulling die carts and loading dies, counters, and stock correctly
• Perform make‑ready set‑ups for accurate cut‑to‑print and proper scores
• Operate at expected throughput while verifying quality via retain pulls
• Remove materials and dies post‑run and prepare the machine for the next job
• Execute routine maintenance, cleaning, and mechanical adjustments
• Support team objectives and collaborate with your line to hit department goals

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–3 years of mechanical experience; comfortable with hand tools
• Stable employment history
• Clear communicator and dependable team player
• Strong analytical approach and continuous improvement mindset
• Skilled in mechanical troubleshooting, mechanical assembly, and machine set‑ups for production runs
• Forklift licensed

Technology and equipment

• Measurement gauges, calipers, and micrometers
• Flexographic printing press
• Gluer machines and box folding machines
• Forklifts
