Jobletics by Compunnel is hiring Bakers for available positions. We are looking for dependable individuals with baking experience who can prepare high-quality baked goods while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, desserts, and other baked goods according to recipes
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately
• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, icings, and other components
• Operate ovens, mixers, proofers, and other baking equipment safely
• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality
• Decorate and finish baked goods as required
• Maintain proper food storage and inventory levels
• Keep baking areas, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with other kitchen and food preparation duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous baking or commercial kitchen experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Knowledge of basic baking techniques and food safety practices
• Ability to follow recipes and accurately measure ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move supplies as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Schedules and shifts vary by location.
