Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment servicing in an industrial/manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve equipment issues.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment servicing in an industrial/manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnose equipment failures and make necessary repairs
- Inspect machinery and identify potential maintenance issues before breakdowns occur
- Perform scheduled maintenance and maintain accurate service records
- Repair and replace motors, bearings, belts, pumps, sensors, and other components
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals
- Use hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment safely
- Assist with equipment installation, setup, and modifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow OSHA and company safety procedures
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Electrical troubleshooting experience required
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work around machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
- Ability to work overtime or respond to emergency maintenance needs when required
