Customer Service Representative

Dodge City, 2101 E Trail St, Dodge City, KS 67801, USA Responsibilities Deliver first‑class customer service to internal and external customers, responding to needs promptly and accurately, building positive relationships. Maintain safety in all warehouse operations, following rules and promptly calling out unsafe behavior. Participate in Lean Management, striving to continuously improve, increase efficiency, and eliminate waste. Make daily decisions guided by the company’s core values of Integrity, Adaptability and Continuous Improvement. Complete necessary paperwork, including inbound and outbound orders, Bills of Lading, receipts, export documentation, and other required documentation. Maintain positive relationships with customers, co‑workers, and government officials, responding to their needs accurately and on time. Identify inventory discrepancies accurately and notify the appropriate manager immediately. Utilize the Warehouse Management System to track inventory, place and receive orders, run reports and confirm shipments, understanding FIFO/LIFO control. Perform basic office duties such as filing, faxing, answering phones, and other assigned tasks. Execute special projects or assignments as directed by manager/supervisor. Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
