HR Coordinator
BKF Engineers
Hr CoordinatorBKF is seeking an HR Coordinator to support our dynamic Human Resources team in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing our employee experience. This role is essential in executing HR functions that include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about working with people.Responsibilities:Assist in the full lifecycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all new employees.Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.Support HR initiatives and programs, including employee engagement activities, training sessions, and wellness programs.Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.Assist with performance review processes and tracking employee development plans.Help prepare and maintain HR documentation, including job descriptions and employee handbooks.
