We are looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team! We are a family run office that has been in business for over 20 years. This is a full time position working in our LA office. We work 40 hours per week Tuesday-Friday.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist Doctor in all procedures
- Clean up-Set up rooms
- Restock rooms
- Keep inventory of all medical supplies
- Mix products necessary that need preparation
- Draw blood
- Mix IV bags for IV infusions
- Assist in any area of office needed
- Bilingual
