Lead all procurement and buying activities supporting manufacturing operations and customer programs. Manage, coach, and develop a team of buyers while driving accountability and performance metrics. Build and strengthen relationships with key distributors, manufacturers, and strategic suppliers. Negotiate pricing, lead times, inventory agreements, and commercial terms to support business objectives. Partner closely with planning, production, engineering, and leadership teams to proactively prevent material shortages. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain performance, visibility, and operational efficiency.

A successful Director of Procurement must have: 10+ years of procurement experience within a manufacturing environment. Minimum 5+ years of direct people management or procurement leadership experience. Strong ERP/MRP experience focused on procurement, planning, and materials management. Proven supplier negotiation and relationship management expertise. Must be a U.S. Citizen / U.S. Person.

Competitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $185,000. Opportunity to lead and elevate an established procurement organization.
