Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during night shift hours
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across the acuity spectrum
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Float within the facility and within scope of practice as operationally needed
• Adhere to all facility policies, compliance requirements, and holiday scheduling expectations

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Georgia or a valid Compact state license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and applicable major holidays per assignment schedule
• All requested time off (RTO) must be finalized at time of submission; no schedule changes permitted post-offer or post-onsite
• Maximum of 7 days RTO per contract
• Full compliance with onboarding requirements, including core items and labs completed within 48 hours of contract signing and all compliance documents submitted by the Tuesday prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Experience working in a high-volume or Level I/II Emergency Room environment
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance and onboarding processes
