Position Highlights Home Health Setting Full-Time Schedule 40 Hours per Week 8-Hour Days Adult & Geriatric Patient Population One-on-One Patient Care Independent Field-Based Role Largo, Florida Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient goals. Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, cardiopulmonary, and medically complex conditions. Provide gait training, balance training, transfer training, therapeutic exercise, fall prevention, and functional mobility interventions. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety strategies, and proper equipment use. Complete timely documentation and maintain home health compliance standards.
