What We're Looking For
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Land Clearing, grading or a related position are required. Specifically, we are looking for operators for: Excavators, Bulldozers, Skid Steers, and Front Loaders. Operators are expected to have knowledge on Land Clearing, grading or a related field. Operators should have a understanding of safety procedures, willingness to learn and grow and a positive attitude on the job site. Operators are responsible for conducting regular inspections on equipment before use and operating equipment in a respectful manner. Operators are expected to have a reliable means of transportation and ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Operators are expected to pass both a background check and a drug test.
