LLC in New York, New York. Responsible for preparing and reviewing financial projections and models, accounting and regulatory statements, debt and equity filings and documents, and presentations for live deals, corporate board meetings, investment banking pitches, and client service projects on corporate finance topics. Supervises and reviews memoranda required for internal approvals from investment banking committees. Interacts with senior management regularly to execute projects, provide updates and advice, and prepare presentation materials especially related to M&A and equity underwriting processes. Facilitates live deal execution, including running due diligence processes, producing marketing materials, negotiating non-disclosure agreements and other legal documents with lawyers and potential buyers, organizing and attending deal and non-deal roadshows, and liaising with other investment banks and parties within the Investment Banking division. Generates ideas and topics for client meetings, assists clients in identifying potential acquisition targets, and shares those ideas with internal deal teams and client executives. Drafts financing and offering documents. Assists companies in preparing materials to present to potential buyers of the company. Qualifications Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, International Affairs, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related role; OR Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in the same fields and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include producing client reports using market data analyses, leveraging electronic data sources such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or Capital IQ; performing credit analysis, including evaluating a company’s financial position, historical cash flow, and maturity profile; analyzing company data and strategic operating plans; executing debt and equity or private M&A transactions; and liaising with capital market specialists in structuring, pricing and distribution. Domestic and international travel up to 10% required for client meetings and engagement. All travel expenses paid by the firm.
