- Oversee end-to-end Accounts Receivable and business-to-business collections workflows.
- Maintain accurate aging schedules, investigate discrepancies, and drive cash collection efficiency.
- Utilize enterprise-level ERP software to process high-volume transactional data across the division.
- Perform account reconciliations and custom reporting using intermediate-to-advanced Excel functions.
- Partner with internal corporate accounting stakeholders to streamline monthly closing processes.
- Education: Associate degree required.
- ERP Proficiency: Direct experience with enterprise ERP software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle).
- Technical Skills: strong Microsoft Excel capabilities for analytical reporting and account tracking.
- Soft Skills: High professional confidence, strong communication, and team-oriented collaboration skills.
