Location: Any City, US Position Overview The Regional Sales Director is responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned territory, developing strong customer relationships, and representing the Company’s product portfolio to drive growth objectives. This role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to deliver value-driven solutions while supporting organizational goals and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and ethical standards. Responsibilities Manage sales activities within an assigned geographic territory Develop and maintain relationships with key clinical, administrative, and procurement stakeholders Conduct needs assessments to align products and services with customer requirements Coordinate product demonstrations, in-services, and educational meetings with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) partners Prepare and submit quotes and proposals as required Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity in CRM systems Achieve assigned sales growth and budget expectations Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and operations to deliver comprehensive solutions Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, ethical standards, and company policies Maintain knowledge of applicable government contracts Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and workshops to promote products as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities No supervisory responsibilities associated with this role. Position Requirements Required Skills A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical or related sales Demonstrated troubleshooting, problem analysis, and problem resolution capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience selling into federal healthcare systems Familiarity with procurement processes and pathways Working knowledge of CRM platforms and sales analytics tools Education and Credential Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree or clinical certification preferred Core Competencies Self-starter Ability to work independently, and in teams, to consistently meet commitments Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Utilizes proactive approach to issues and problem solving High personal discipline, attention to detail and work quality Desire and motivation to learn new skills and expand knowledge to improve job performance and self-improvement Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels Strives for excellence and upholds organizational standards such as cooperation and confidentiality Role Specific Competencies Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a complex, long-cycle environment Ability to build credibility and rapport in clinical and administrative settings Resilience, adaptability, and commitment to ethical sales practices Work Environment This job operates in a remote office environment. Use of standard office equipment, such as computers and phones, is required. Physical Demands The physical demands included here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must pass drug testing. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Extensive use of a computer is required. Travel Up to 75%. Travel is a regular part of the job, often weekly. 2-3 overnights per week. 3-4 customer and/or prospect facility visits per week. Home office/admin week every 4th week (visit 1-2 customer and/or prospect facilities within driving distance this week). Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full time, salaried exempt position. Occasional weekend and evening work may be required as job duties demand. Other Duties & Essential Functions Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meet deadlines. With the exception of STD/LTD/FMLA & approved time off, attendance is considered essential. Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner to get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and management. Must be able to work under supervision and respond appropriately and professionally to criticism from a supervisor. Must follow all employee health and safety cleaning protocols as established by the work location.
