• Unmatched Compensation: $72,000–$180,000+ proven annual earnings (first year average)

• Base salary, uncapped commissions, and daily performance bonuses

• Golden hours : 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday (evening and weekends are yours)

• Full-time, in-person role at our supportive and collaborative Vancouver office (1499 SE Tech Center Pl, Vancouver, WA 98683)

• Professional office technology setup provided

• Ongoing, expert-led sales training and mentorship

• Engage with warm inbound leads to understand client needs and deliver Medicare solutions

• Build lasting relationships that drive retention and referrals

• Educate clients on Medicare plans, assist with enrollments, and ensure regulatory compliance

• Consistently exceed individual and team sales performance goals

• Uphold ethical sales practices and customer service excellence

• Demonstrated phone sales, insurance sales, or customer service success
