Position Summary Helitech is experiencing significant growth and is actively seeking a Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team. We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive recruiter to join our team. What this position looks like for you Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. Sourcing and networking using various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking events, referrals, and proactively identifying high‑quality candidates. Conducting a full‑cycle recruitment process including selecting candidates, conducting initial phone screenings, in‑depth interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Partner with hiring managers to understand their unique hiring needs, define position requirements, and provide guidance on recruitment strategies. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication, providing updates, and supporting candidates through the hiring journey. Be a cultural ambassador by sharing company culture, values, mission, and growth goals with candidates. Track and report key recruiting metrics to leadership. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive hiring practices and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to hiring managers and HR leadership. Be flexible to assist with any other duties as assigned by the HR team. What Makes You an Ideal Candidate Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Prior experience with HR policies and recruitment is required. 8+ years preferred. 5 years of recruiting experience is a minimum requirement. Previous experience with sourcing and finding quality candidates is required. A combination of agency and corporate recruitment experience is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive HR data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of confidentiality and discretion in handling HR matters.
