Front Office Clinic Lead- Full time

As the CORE Institute continues to grow, we are looking for a Front Office Clinic Lead in our Sun City West Clinic. Essential Functions In consort with Practice Manager, coach and lead all front office staff to instill the organization’s mission, vision, and values through education, demonstration, huddles, and results. Demonstrate outcomes as measured through established metrics and patient satisfaction surveys. Ensure, coordinate, and demonstrate the responsibility for all clinic staff to collect patient copayments and past‑due accounts. Ensure and coordinate all clinic staff to verify demographic and insurance information via real‑time eligibility or utilizing payer websites. Lead staff to efficiently direct patient flow throughout the clinic; assist front office staff with checking in and out and assist back office with rooming patients and intake of medical history into EMR. Assist Practice Manager with the supervision of all front office clinic staff and serve as the primary contact person for office staff. Assist Practice Manager with clinic operations and audits as assigned; support back‑office clinic lead as necessary. In consort with Practice Manager, train and orient new employees; lead ongoing quality monitoring of staff competencies and assist in training and education of all staff. Assist Practice Manager in coordinating employee evaluations and administering corrective actions. Organize and conduct clinic site council meetings. Interact with patients and customers daily to resolve patient issues and concerns. Work in partnership with physicians, physician assistants, and back‑office staff to provide excellent customer service. Assist Practice Manager with staffing and assigning work areas and shifts. Assist Practice Manager with placing office supply orders and inventory management. Education High school diploma/GED or equivalent, or preferred working knowledge. Experience Three years of working experience in a medical practice or clinic. Previous supervisory experience in a medical clinic setting is preferred. Must have a working knowledge regarding medical insurance requirements. Requirements Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrates an ability to generate creative and innovative approaches to solve problems. Must be customer service focused. Knowledge Knowledge of front office procedures and patient flow. Knowledge of clinic payment policies and procedures. Knowledge of medical terminology. Knowledge of medical insurance plans.
