Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes. Patient flow sheet charting. Provide services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill. Ensure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws. Counsel the patient and family in meeting nursing and related needs. Variety of assignments (Infusions, injections, wound care, clinical trials & more). Job Requirements Current unrestricted RN license in state of Texas. Minimum one (2) year of documented experience. Recent infusion experience preferred. Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x‑ray. Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance. Clean background and criminal record. Negative pre‑employment drug screen. Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
