Job Title: Online Manager – Location: Mansfield We are looking for an Online Manager to play a vital role in the day‑to‑day running of our online operation in store, keeping the team engaged, vans on the road and customers happy. Responsibilities Lead the online shrink agenda with structured processes and data‑driven decisions. Validate picker and driver resources through effective rota planning. Drive picking accuracy to ensure consistency in the online operation. Plan and execute all trading activity on the shop floor, delivering high availability standards and key metrics (KRAs). Engage and coach the team to continually improve routines and processes, fostering a culture of selling with personality. Serve customers with heart and pride, responding to feedback and implementing action plans from audits. Build resilience, ownership, focus and passion in the team, promoting the Asda "Culture". Qualifications & Experience Experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex online retail environment. Operational knowledge of online retail, including availability, picking rate, shrink, and waste reduction. Experience developing teams, managing change through leadership and building resilience. Strong organisational skills and commitment to excellent customer service. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
