Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Outpatient experience required.
• WebPT experience preferred.
• One-on-one treatment model.
• No double booking.
• 40-minute treatments.
• Approximate patient volume of 12 patients per day.
• Client provides free CEUs.

Location Highlights

Lake City, Florida offers access to outdoor recreation and regional travel routes. Ichetucknee Springs State Park is about 20 miles south of Lake City and is known for tubing, paddling, and clear spring water. Osceola National Forest sits east of the city and provides hiking, camping, and wildlife viewing across more than 200,000 acres. Interstate 75 and Interstate 10 intersect in Lake City, giving travelers direct road access to Jacksonville in about 1 hour and Gainesville in about 1 hour.
