Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive client evaluations to assess mental health needs, using psychological assessments and structured interviews.

  • Facilitate therapeutic sessions, both one-on-one and group settings, applying a range of therapeutic modalities.

  • Maintain detailed, organized, and accurate documentation of clinical interactions and care plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision to stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, mood disorders, and adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • An active and valid license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of California.

  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience working as a mental health counselor, demonstrating competency in therapeutic practices.

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills to effectively engage with clients and maintain accurate records.

  • A knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and the ability to apply them in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 117,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
