Bus Attendant
TM Bus Inc
Supervision of Bus Attendants/Monitors:
Oversee the daily activities and performance of other bus attendants/monitors.
Ensure all bus attendants/monitors comply with company policies and procedures.
Provide training and guidance to new bus attendants/monitors.
Route Management:
Assist in planning and optimizing bus routes for efficiency and safety.
Monitor and report any issues related to route management.
Safety and Compliance:
Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Report any safety concerns to management promptly.
Ensure all bus attendants/monitors are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.
Communication:
Serve as a point of contact between bus attendants/monitors and management.
Communicate any changes in policies or procedures to bus attendants/monitors.
Facilitate regular meetings with bus attendants/monitors to address concerns and updates.
Incident Reporting:
Manage and document any incidents that occur during routes.
Coordinate with management and appropriate authorities in case of emergencies.
Performance Evaluation:
Assist in the performance evaluation process for bus attendants/monitors.
Provide constructive feedback and support to improve performance.
