How you Will Make a Difference Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents while maintaining the highest quality standards. Supervise day‑to‑day activities of assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing. Ensure all nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility. What You Need to Make a Difference Active RN license in the state of residence. Current CPR certification. Customer‑service orientation and ability to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Technical, assessment, and documentation skills with confidentiality. Compensation Competitive wages up to $47.50 per hour, $45 per hour base rate plus shift differential.
