Education Specialist- 25-26 School Year

Location: Opportunities Across Multiple Districts Pay: $60-65 /hour (depending on assignment & experience) Ro Health is hiring passionate, licensed Special Education Teachers to join our Los Angeles Behavioral Team for the 2025–2026 school year and beyond. This is a contracted teaching position that offers the opportunity to focus on supporting diverse learners while enjoying flexibility and job variety. What You’ll Do Provide specialized instruction to students with IEPs in inclusion, resource, or substantially separate settings Design and deliver individualized lesson plans aligned to IEP goals Adapt curriculum and instruction to meet diverse academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate progress data Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to support inclusive practices Lead or contribute to IEP meetings, re-evaluations, and parent-teacher conferences Implement behavior support strategies and classroom accommodations Create a structured, supportive learning environment that promotes student independence and engagement What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred) California Credential in Special Education for Mild-Moderate or Moderate-Severe Knowledge of IEP development, MCAS accommodations, and SPED compliance Experience working with neurodiverse learners in school settings Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to pass background checks and provide professional references Benefits Premera Healthcare Plan Dental and Vision Coverage 401k with 4% employer match Weekly Pay & Direct Deposit Single Point Of Contact Paid-Time Off/Sick Pay Referral Bonus Program Teach Where You’re Needed Most—On Your Own Terms. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ro Health
