Reception/Administrative Assistant We’re looking for a part‑time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who is friendly, organized, and customer‑focused. As the first point of contact for our dealership, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for our customers while supporting our team with administrative tasks. If you have a winning attitude, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, we’d love to meet you. This position averages approximately 30 hours per week and typically runs Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to pick up additional shifts as needed, including occasional morning coverage, and provide vacation and sick‑leave coverage when required. Responsibilities Open and close the reception area each day. Balance the cash drawer and prepare deposits accurately. Organize and reconcile parts and service transactions. Record and track transactions with accuracy and professionalism. Process payments, make change accurately, and issue customer receipts as needed. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail. Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department promptly. Greet customers in person and over the phone with a friendly, professional attitude. Handle customer concerns courteously and refer issues to the appropriate team member for resolution. Operate a multi‑line switchboard telephone system. Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Communicate professionally while minimizing callers’ wait times. Assist managers with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Learn dealership departments and internal procedures to efficiently assist customers and visitors. Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus. Ability to communicate customers’ interests, needs and requests to management and personnel. Availability to work PM shifts as needed.
