Log Analytics Engineer

Senior BI Analytics Engineer Tableau JD: Tableau: 5+ years expert experience; advanced LOD/table calculations, parameters, dynamic interactions, UX/UI, and performance optimization. SQL & Data: Strong SQL, SSMS, Snowflake, EDW, and enterprise databases (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2). BI Development: Build scalable dashboards, KPI frameworks, data storytelling, and custom reporting solutions. Data Engineering: Experience with data ingestion, cleansing, validation, modeling, and multiple data sources. Stakeholder Management: Translate business requirements into actionable BI solutions and communicate insights clearly. Leadership: Mentor BI team members and act as a Tableau/visualization SME. Project Management: Handle multiple complex projects independently in Agile environments. Preferred Skills: Tableau Server/Cloud administration, Power BI/Qlik/Cognos, and R/Python/C#.
