We are looking for passionate agents who genuinely enjoy helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. A Kentucky and/or Indiana real estate license is required to practice real estate with our brokerage; however, if you're just getting started, we're happy to provide guidance on the licensing process.

Our goal is simple: give motivated agents the tools, opportunities, training, and support they need to create a successful real estate career.

$50,000 to $150,000+ Commission-only independent real estate sales position. Actual earnings are based on individual sales production and performance.

Compensation:

$50,000 to $150,000+ Commission-only

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and prospective clients

• Follow up with leads and potential clients

• Schedule and conduct buyer consultations

• Create and monitor property searches

• Show homes and provide knowledgeable guidance to buyers

• Prepare and deliver listing presentations

• Market yourself and your real estate services

• Utilize social media to develop your business and generate leads

• Prepare and negotiate real estate offers

• Guide buyers and sellers through inspections, financing, appraisal, and closing

• Maintain consistent communication throughout the transaction

• Attend closings and provide exceptional client service from beginning to end

• Build a referral-based business through outstanding service

Qualifications:

• Confident with social media and marketing

• Comfortable negotiating and advocating for clients

• Interested in building a long-term real estate business

• Real Estate experience is preferred, but we will train the right person and help them have success
