Parts Manager

(New Orleans, LA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage inventory, procurement, and distribution of parts and materials to support operational efficiency. Responsibilities Coordinate ordering, receiving, and distribution of parts and materials Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to fulfill parts requests Monitor and reorder stock to prevent shortages or overstocking Prepare reports on inventory usage and procurement activities Ensure proper storage and organization of parts and materials Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred Previous experience in inventory control, logistics, or parts coordination Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy in record‑keeping Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching Ability to work in warehouse or shop environments Manual dexterity to handle tools, parts, and equipment Equal Opportunity Statement *Flexicrew Technical Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer; employment with FTS is governed on the basis of merit, competence, and qualifications.
