Specific Duties & Responsibilities Coach and support individuals at their community job sites Turn everyday work tasks into confidence-building successes Partner with local employers to create inclusive workplaces Adjust support as skills grow – promoting independence Track progress and celebrate milestones Ensure safety and provide transportation as needed Benefits: Full or Part-Time Nine (9) paid holidays per year Paid time off MN Sick and Safe Time Pay Retirement Plan with employer match Training in CPR and First Aid provided along with other paid continuing education Full-Time Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program Experience Required: One year training/experience in human services or job coaching preferred CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Special License/Certification Required: Mandatory MN Department of Human Services Background Study. Valid driver’s license with an insurable, unrestricted driver’s record that meets the requirements of ODC’s insurance provider.
