Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Southern California. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Preferred experience in Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU), though candidates with Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and acute inpatient experience will be considered. A valid Physical Therapist license is required.
