This individual will serve as a strategic advisor to clients within the Health & Human Services sector, managing a large and complex book of business while delivering exceptional service, risk management guidance, and insurance expertise. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven insurance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with clients, carriers, producers, and internal teams to deliver best-in-class solutions Requirements Manage and oversee a large, complex book of commercial business focused on Health & Human Services organizations. Serve as the primary client relationship manager for key accounts. Lead renewal strategy, coverage analysis, and stewardship meetings. Identify client exposures and provide proactive risk management recommendations. Collaborate with producers, marketing specialists, and carrier partners to develop comprehensive insurance solutions. Negotiate coverage terms and pricing with carriers. Present renewal and coverage recommendations to clients and prospects. Maintain strong client retention through exceptional service and consultative account management. Mentor and support Account Managers and other team members as needed. Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks impacting the Health & Human Services sector. #J-18808-Ljbffr
