Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a direct hire opportunity in Nashville, TN, within a metals manufacturing and fabrication environment. This role is ideal for a dependable, safety-focused maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting production equipment, making mechanical repairs, and helping keep operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze mechanical and operational issues on assigned production equipment and complete corrective repairs.
- Perform preventive maintenance, running adjustments, changeovers, and equipment testing to support production quality and uptime.
- Maintain and repair mechanical systems involving motors, welders, transformers, compressors, air cylinders, valves, regulators, clutches, bearings, brakes, gears, cams, pulleys, burners, and steam systems.
- Clear equipment jams, set aside product for inspection or rework, and verify equipment operation after repairs or extended downtime.
- Support safe, clean, and orderly maintenance practices while working around moving mechanical parts and industrial equipment.
- Participate in project work and perform additional maintenance duties as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $30 to $35 per hour.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: 5 days per week, 10 hours per day.
- Overtime: 10 hours of built-in overtime.
