Apply today to become part of the Universal team!We are seeking a **Senior Network Analyst** to assist in leading the strategic design, optimization, and security of our organization's network infrastructure. This role requires deep expertise in networking, and the ability to drive innovation in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-performance, scalable, and secure networking solutions to support business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:*** Assist in designing the architecture, implementation, and governance of enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, DMVPN, VPNs, and wireless technologies.* Oversee network performance analysis, capacity planning, and high-availability strategies to ensure minimal downtime and optimal functionality.* Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee the procurement of networking hardware and software solutions.* Drive cloud networking strategies, integrating on-premise and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).* Develop and enforce compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for network operations.* Lead incident response efforts, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity strategies related to networking.* Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior network analysts and cross-functional IT teams.* Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business operations. **Qualifications and Skills:*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.* 8+ years of experience in network architecture, administration, or engineering roles.* Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, BGP, EIGRP, VXLAN, MPLS, and advanced network protocols.* Extensive experience with enterprise-grade networking solutions (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet).* Strong background in network security, including firewalls, Zero Trust frameworks, and SIEM solutions.* Hands-on experience with SDN, automation tools, and cloud networking platforms.* Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, or equivalent highly preferred.* Proven ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and drive technical initiatives.* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. **Benefits:*** Competitive salary.
