Shift: 6:45 PM - 6:45 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Florida license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position. In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match the address on their driver’s license.

Required Credentials: Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Unit Details: Fast-paced, high-acuity telemetry unit specializing in pre- and post-cardiac procedures, with focus on post heart cath care, sheath management, electrophysiology interventions, post pacemaker/ICD implants, cardiac drip titrations, post cardiac ablations, and heart blocks/new dysrhythmia onset.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend required. Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required
