Medical City Denton Ultrasound Technologist Job Summary and Qualifications Performs quality Ultrasound procedures, follows physician’s orders, practices quality patient care, exercise excellent customer service, participates in call/holiday coverage, maintains competencies and current knowledge of procedures, participates in equipment Q.C., completes all records and documentation, practices radiation safety, involved in department initiatives. What qualifications you will need Prefer at least 1 year experience Must be registered/eligible by R.D.M.S. in at least one of the following: Abdomen, Ob/Gyn within 6 month of hire. Additionally, the associate must be registered/eligible by R.D.M.S (RVT) or (RVS) by C.C.I. If associate does not hold advanced certification, associate shall obtain within 1 year of hire/promotion or completion of training program. BLS certified by HCA approved vendor.
