Project ManagerContract - OnsiteWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects and initiatives within a banking environment. This role will manage projects from planning through implementation while coordinating with business teams, technology teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.Responsibilities:Manage projects from initiation through implementation and completionDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverablesCoordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholdersIdentify and resolve project risks, issues, and dependenciesLead project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadershipEnsure projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to business requirementsMaintain project documentation and support change management activitiesRequirements:5+ years of Project Management experienceExperience managing complex, cross-functional projectsBanking or financial services experience strongly preferredStrong stakeholder, vendor, risk, and project lifecycle management skillsExperience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologiesExcellent communication, organization, and leadership skillsPMP certification preferred
