Position Overview: Entry-Level Regional Truck Driver (Class A CDL) We are currently expanding our Regional Eastern Fleet and are seeking recent CDL school graduates with little to no professional driving experience. This position offers a seamless transition from the classroom to the highway, providing extensive paid training, state-of-the-art equipment, and highly competitive compensation.Compensation & Schedule:Target Salary: $88,000+ annually ($1,600 - $1,800+ weekly average).Training Pay: $850 per week (4-6 weeks of 1-on-1 mentorship).Home Time: Weekly or bi-weekly home time available.Mileage: Weekly average of 2,500 miles (East of I-35).Equipment & Freight:Assigned, fully loaded 2026 Freightliner Cascadia.Dry van freight, 100% no-touch, predominantly drop and hook operations.Comprehensive Benefits:Full medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.401(k) retirement savings plan.Paid time off, paid holidays, and paid orientation.Company -paid tolls and fuel program, performance bonuses, and a pet policy.Minimum Qualifications:Valid Class A CDL and a satisfactory driving record.Completion of at least 120 instruction hours from an accredited CDL school.Full DOT and FMCSA compliance.Apply today to begin the hiring process.
