Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Employee Center Pro, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), and Service Portal. This role will drive improvements to employee self-service experiences, workflow automation, and platform integrations while following best practices in development and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow Employee Center Pro and Service Portal solutions to improve employee self-service experiences.

• Configure and maintain HR Service Delivery (HRSD), including Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Taxonomy, Topics, and Content Pages.

• Develop custom functionality using widgets, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Record Producers.

• Build and support Flow Designer workflows, including approvals, notifications, and case management processes.

• Customize Employee Center features such as navigation, search, content delivery, and request management.

• Configure User Criteria and HR Criteria for role-based access to services and content.

• Develop and manage REST API integrations and IntegrationHub connections with external systems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver platform enhancements.

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and production support while adhering to ServiceNow best practices and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years related work experience, with at least one year of development experience.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

• Proven experience with ServiceNow Employee Center / Service Portal, HRSD module, and Flow Designer

• Hands on Scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)

• Experience developing custom ServiceNow components (widgets, scripts, workflows).

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and system integrations.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
