Service Writer

West Plains Inc. an employee-owned certified Case IH dealership is currently accepting applications for a full-time Service Writer. The position will involve following the established repair order process keeping customers informed and updated on the repair status of their units accurately transfer customer service needs to the work order and verify quality control. Experience in agriculture and equipment is desired.
