CDL B Local Route Driver

Overview Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated CDL B Local Route Driver to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a CDL vehicle and delivering exceptional customer service while managing your assigned local route. This position supports Iron Mountain's reputation for security and timely service. Responsibilities Operate and maintain company CDL vehicles safely and efficiently to perform scheduled pickups and deliveries, following all DOT and Iron Mountain safety regulations. Manage end-to-end route logistics, including secure loading, transport, and unloading of materials without assistance, and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and on time. Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse teams, and clients to address service needs and represent the Iron Mountain brand with strong customer service and professional conduct. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in route transportation or a similar field. Strong knowledge of safe driving practices, vehicle maintenance, and adherence to all local, state, and federal transport regulations (including DOT). Proven ability in customer service and verbal communication, as well as the physical ability to carry, lift, and maneuver materials as required. A valid Class A/B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and a clean driving record.
