You'll assist with material handling, prep work, and installation. If you're eager to learn, take direction well, and can contribute to a safe and efficient job site, this position offers a great starting point for a rewarding career.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport glaziers with caulking and basic installation tasksLoad, unload, and organize project materialsMaintain clean and orderly trucks and shop spacesAssist with fabricating storefronts, curtain walls, doors, hardware, and glassAdhere to and always promote safe work practicesWhat We're Looking ForConstruction or hands-on experience preferred but not requiredA positive attitude, great attendance, and a willingness to learnAbility to follow instructions and work well within a teamBasic physical fitness to handle material loading and manual repetitive tasksWhat we offer We value our team members and believe in fostering an environment where you can thrive.
