2nd Shift Material Handler

Join Our Team as a 2nd Shift Order Picker!

Do you love working with a team and staying active? At Phillips Pet Food & Supplies, we've been delivering happiness to pets and their people since 1938. Now we're looking for material handlers to help us keep tails wagging!

Pay: $20.00/hour

Location: Plant City, Florida Schedules Available: 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm - mandatory overtime if needed.

What You'll Do

Pick and pack customer orders using an order picker/cherry picker/RF scanner

Build pallets and stage them for outbound shipments

Keep safety first—PPE required, teamwork encouraged

What You Need

Solid work experience picking orders with a cherry picker and RF scanner, with strong job longevity — must have been at one employer at least 2 years

Able to perform all warehouse duties, not afraid of heights, and able to lift 50+ pounds

Reliable transportation to and from work

Able to pass a 5-year criminal background check and mouth swab drug test
