The Family Medicine Physician will deliver comprehensive Primary Care services to patients of all ages. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients
• Prescribing medications and educating patients
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary care team

This physician will have a prominent presence within both the practice and the community, consistently fostering a positive experience for patients, staff, and leadership. • Designated as a Rural Health Center
• Eligibility for loan forgiveness with expedited processing due to Rural Health status

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Family Medicine residency
• Ability to obtain medical licensure in the state of practice
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
• Must achieve and maintain board certification within six years of completing residency
• Board certification recognized by the ABMS or AOA
