Network Operations Engineer (NOC)We are seeking a skilled Network Operations Engineer to manage and support a large-scale, global mixed-media network environment that supports mission-critical applications.Key Responsibilities:Operate, administer, and manage day-to-day network operations in a high-availability environment.Monitor network performance, connectivity, system events, and alerts to ensure optimal functionality.Analyze alarm data, identify issues, and initiate corrective actions to restore services promptly.Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, minimizing impact on business applications.Manage and update incident tickets through resolution, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.Perform network testing, analysis, and corrective actions to ensure service continuity.Provide timely communication and escalation to management and outage response teams.Collaborate with Command Centers to assess network availability and support critical incidents.Implement and manage network changes following standard procedures.Perform preventive maintenance activities to ensure network stability and reliability.Create, maintain, and update NOC documentation and operational procedures.Required Skills:Strong knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshootingExperience in handling incidents in a NOC environmentFamiliarity with ticketing tools and escalation processesAbility to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environmentGood communication and coordination skills
