Join Our Culinary Team – Full-Time Cook at Avina of Pewaukee

Avina of Pewaukee is now hiring skilled and passionate cooks that are looking for a career that truly makes a difference.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare high-quality meals while following food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Open the kitchen and ensure meals are served on time.

• Deliver food carts to resident care areas.

• Prepare and serve nutritious snacks between meals.

• Assist with kitchen setup, cleanup, and inventory.

Shifts Available:

• Full-Time: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Flex Cook: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

What We're Looking For:

• Previous food service experience preferred.

• At least 1 year of customer service experience or strong interpersonal skills.

• Team-oriented with excellent communication and attention to detail.

• Reliable, dependable, and organized with strong time management skills.

• Knowledge in dietary techniques and procedures

• Must have a general interest in geriatrics

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language

• Be able to lift up to 50 LBS

• Must be at least 18 years of age
