Design customized treatment plans tailored to meet immediate and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs.

Deliver individualized speech therapy focusing on language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Engage collaboratively with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to form unified care plans.

Provide education to patients and their families to encourage progress outside of therapy sessions.

Support occasional inpatient evaluation and intervention, ensuring seamless care during the treatment journey.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational policies.

Stay abreast of industry advancements through ongoing education and team collaboration.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of commencing employment.

Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to a diverse age range, with a solid grasp of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Strong interpersonal communication skills, effectively engaging with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to adapt therapy strategies to address varied cultural and linguistic needs.

Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation protocols.
