Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health | Spring Valley, NY | PRN / Part-Time / Full-Time | $55–$85/Visit

Are you a licensed PT ready to leave behind the double-booking, productivity quotas, and clinic burnout? Stern at Home Therapy is hiring Physical Therapists at all commitment levels — PRN, part-time, and full-time — to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes in and around Spring Valley, NY.

What the Job Looks Like:

You'll evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric population in their homes across the Spring Valley area, creating and executing your own individualized treatment plans with full clinical autonomy. A dedicated admin team manages scheduling, documentation support, and coordination — you focus on the patient in front of you. Shadowing is available if you're newer to home health or just want to see the model before committing.

Our Stern Scheduling Assurance Plan backs up our promise to keep your caseload full: if we can't fill your schedule and can't replace a cancellation, you get paid for up to 2 cancellations per month.

What We're Looking For:

• Active PT license in New York (required).
• Minimum 1 year of U.S. clinical experience (preferred).
• Reliable transportation (required).
• CPR certification (preferred).
• Home health experience preferred — not required.
• Strong communication and bedside manner.
