District Sales ManagerWürth USA is seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Sales Manager to lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team. In this role, you will oversee all sales operations within your assigned district, driving performance through both individual and team development. You will play a key role in motivating your team, strengthening customer relationships, and executing strategic initiatives that fuel sustained growth and success.Job Type: Full-TimeCompensation: $80K-120K, including base salary and performance-based bonus opportunities.Responsibilities:Develop and lead team members to set and meet sales growth goals.Create and foster a collaborative and motivating team environment.Create and maintain productive territories with effective routing plans.Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.Oversee sales representatives' daily routines and give effective feedback.Regular employee accompaniment (training on the job).Ability to present, execute and implement effective strategies to upper management.Assist in the interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.What You Will Bring:At least 1 year of field sales management experience.Ability to travel 75% of the time.
