Mental Health Counselor

Providence Health and Services seeks a compassionate Mental Health Counselor to provide evidence-based counseling to diverse patients across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. Responsibilities include psychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, safety planning, and coordination with physicians, nurses, and social workers. You will maintain accurate documentation, support discharge and community resource referrals, and advocate for vulnerable populations while upholding Providence’s mission of compassion, respect, and social justice in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.
