Commercial Driver's License A Truck Driver

*Overview*
Cash Flow Freights LLC. is looking to hire a reliable and knowledgable driver to our team. We are a new Venture that will specialize in hauling parts and machines specific to the road milling industry as well as other commodities. Most loads will be Flatbed loads with some RGN/lowboy equipment loads as well. We have Peterbilt 389's with standard eaton transmissions so experience with manual transmissions is a must. This is a full time position with full expectancy to be on the road most of the time. For days that we do not have loads, we will offer an hourly rate of $20 per hour to help out in our shop located in Hurricane, UT with whatever is needed. Starting rate for OTR will be $.50 per mile for ALL MILES driven. Miles will be based off ELD tracking, not prorated so you will be paid for every drop you make. Primarily we will cover the western half of the United states out of our Utah location and the Eastern half of the United states out of our PA location with weekly returns home. There will be times that we transfer from each plant so being willing to do that distance is mandatory.

*Duties*

* Safely operate commercial vehicles such as tractor-trailers, flatbeds, RGN/Lowboy trailers across assigned routes.
* Assist in the Loading and unloading of freight when necessary. (most loads will go to a construction yard with plenty of access.)
* Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
* Deliver freight accurately to various destinations while adhering to scheduled routes and delivery timelines.
* Manage documentation including delivery logs, load manifests, and inspection reports with meticulous attention to detail.
* Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route updates, delivery status, and any issues encountered during trips.
* Maintain a clean driving record and uphold safety standards at all times during operations.

*Skills*

* Proven experience in truck driving with a valid CDL A license; familiarity with manual transmission Required.
* Experience operating specialized equipment such as Heavy civil equipment or similar is advantageous.
* Strong driving skills with the ability to handle long-distance route driving confidently.
* Ability to load & unload freight efficiently while ensuring cargo safety and security.
* Excellent navigation skills for route planning and real-time adjustments during deliveries.
* Good communication skills for coordinating with dispatch teams and handling customer interactions professionally. You will often times be dealing with our customers directly as a face of the company.

*Requirements*

* Must be compliant with DOT clearinghouse.
* Must present most current MVR at time of interview.
